Where is Misen cookware made?

Just outside of Shanghai, China from my research

Our Misen 12" pan is excellent; there is no warping. I recently ordered the 8" Misen. Misen is as good as the ads.

Is the bottom of the pan absolutely flat? Or does it have a slight dome on the inside and corresponding concavity on the outside of the bottom.

As far as I can tell from my model it is flat .
