I ordered the powder Kleen King but it is excellent!
I was sent the powder instead of the liquid cleanser and am now going to try the liquid. The powder works fantastic on my stainless steel cookware. The very first time I used my new cookware it got what looked like a film and discoloration. I almost took the set back because I thought I don't want my new stuff looking crappy. Well thankfully I had read about this stuff online from others with the same complaint and I am so glad I gave it a try. I first tried it on an old stainless steel fry pan and it shined it up to look almost brand new. I then used it on my new fry pan and again it took off the discloration as well as some burned on things on the bottom of the pan.Last night I gave it a try on my glass cooktop. I have tried every cleaner under the sun including special cleaners, bon ami, bartender's friend to no avail. Now mind you my cooktop is a few years old and due to not being able to find anything worthwhile to clean it, it did take a bit of elbow grease and a few times over but it worked beautifully and brought the shine right back. My husband was amazed and I was in awe of a wonderful product that is also non toxic.Don't let the price dissuade you from trying this product. I don't use near as much of this as I had used bon ami and bartenders friend in the past so it is well worth the cost for something so easy to use and something that works great!Give it a try you won't be disappointed!1/11/2013 update:giving this a 10+++I have been using this product (the powder) for about a week now. I love how it shines my stainless like new and the glass stovetop seems to be staying cleaner. Last night I did some stir fry in my 10" calphalon accucore stainless steel pan and there was some burnt on stuff. I soaked it as I usually do once it is cool but usually end up with a "film" which is why I ordered this product to clean them up. Well lo and behold the pan came cleaner quicker and also there was no film at all. So I feel that the way this product polishes stainless also keeps it cleaner longer so I highly recommend it.!!!

A Necessity for Copper Clad pots
This powder works well for cleaning the bottoms of my copper clad pots. It takes a little elbow grease and a fair amount of powder, however it works better than anything else I have tried.

Beware if you buy this that you know it is the powder, not liquid which is what the picture shows.
I don't know if the product is good because I sent it back, but what came was the powder version and not the liquid, which is what my stove manufacturer recommended as the best cleaner. So I ordered the liquid from another vendor. This vendor should change the picture to show the powder container since that's what they are sending.

Off-Label use that worked
Warning - The way we used this cleaner is not how it is recommended to be used, but it worked for us. My husband used some strong acid-based grout cleaner before applying a sealant on the grout in our kitchen. While in the process of cleaning the grout, he splashed some of the cleaner on the bottom of our practically new stainless refrigerator. Everywhere the cleaner touched tarnished, causing a very ugly black spot. It would not come off with my usual spray stainless cleaner, so I ordered several stainless cleaning products to try and fix this problem. My husband applied a very small amount of the Kleen King to a limited area to make sure it would not ruin the finish. It took some elbow grease (work), but it actually took off the black tarnish. It didn't really shine after he was done, mainly because of the residue he didn't get completely removed. He used our usual spray cleaner to remove the residue and restore the shine. Again, I'm not recommending anyone use Kleen King like we did because this is definitely not a recommended use. But if it worked this well for out "off-label" use, it should work very well for the on-label uses. In fact, after seeing how well Kleen King worked on the tarnished refrigerator, my husband decided to try and clean several pots from my oldest set of cookware. It had burned on stuff that had been on them for years. Again, with a little elbow grease, he made them shine like new.

Kleen King Cookware Clearner
I have used this cleaner for years and really like it. It is suitable for more than just copper which is one reason I like it so well.

Helpful!
Love it! Keeping the bottoms of my pots looking new. Just a little bit goes a long way. For difficult stains, I spread it with a damp towel and let sit for half an hour. I come back and scub with steel wool and the discoloration melts away.

The best cleaner I have ever used on pots and pans!
The last time I ordered this before I found it on Amazon was directly from the company. It's definitely good enough to go out of your way for! It's head and shoulders above Bar Keeper's Friend which seems to be all I can ever find in the grocery. It's fast and easy on copper and stainless steel cookware. Best hint I can offer is to be sure you clean the pan first then use cold water and Kleen King to remove stains and cooked or baked on grease residues. Hot water tends to leave wiping streaks on copper when it dries, but cold water won't.
