THE UNFAIR ADVANTAGE: HOW YOU ALREADY HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

This book had a negative and a positive impact on me
I'm confident that, this book had a negative and a positive impact on meI absolutely loved this book, but their are some point I want to mention because I think they are not quite right1. the real order of explanation (negative --> positive impact) How you are not privileged ---> how to find your unfair adv.. ---> how your are actually privileged the better version (positive impact) How you and everyone is privileged ---> how to find your unfair adv.. ---> how successful people use their unfair advantages2. mostly portraited the glamorous side of the people with strong unfair advantage. which leads to the thought that these people don't often face struggles (cause their advantage help them)(which is quite true) and they are way different then me (which is not true).I think we all face the same level of struggles example:- for a MIT student solving a complex question is a _level-5_ struggle- for a average collage student solving hard math question is a _level-5_ struggleObject of the struggle dose not define how well you are doing in your life, because for both of them the level is same. They both are human being and perceive thing in the same way they are just grown up in different culture and lifestyle, so they differ in experience.that doesn't prove they are totally different just because one has an strong unfair advantage.exception : the authors also mentioned struggle of successful people but failed giving a clear insight on how we and they are fundamentally equal, they just used their unfair advantage.some of my favorite pages of the book :-pg - 148, third paragraph, line - 2-3pg - 110, (Deliveroo - working for insights)pg - 135, (Maximize you chance opportunities) {must read it's my favorite}however the book is 100% successful on describing the reality of life but if you left the book in between then it makes you think negative because of the harsh reality (that doesn't help us be fully optimistic about life)In a nut shell :-the harsh reality of being born non privileged shouldn't be on the beginning, rather the beginning should be more optimistic

Must read for those with an entrepreneurial spirit
The book describes the MILES framework to help identify and develop your unfair advantage (The combination of skills, experiences, privileges that can give you an advantage over others). It's a MUST read for anyone who is running or plans to run their own startup - it's also a good read for anyone who is unsure how to find and leverage their specific skillsets.

Find your Advantages that are unfair. Amazing book.
This book wont teach you what to do it tells you what you already have just use that and be the hero of your story. By name it feels like cheating 🙊 but no. Its your only advantages that you have by which you can be successful.Who to choose as partner, how to find your talent.Wonderful book. I used to read it during my metro journey from Delhi to Gurgaon and back. It completely changed my mindset. I daily wanted that no colleague should come with me so I could enjoy this beautiful piece. I have found mine. Go and find yours. Short book 250 pages. But focus on motive it would help you. Self help book but with a punch of reality and great entrepreneur experience. Have a read. Thanks for reading this.

A Must read! Miles framework is life-changing!
Hasan and Ash dive deep into What unfair advantage is. The framework that they have integrated here makes you realize what your unfair advantage is and how you can use that to integrate that into you. This book is a must-read if you are into entrepreneurship and developing a growth mindset. I had the privilege of meeting Hasan kubba one of the co-authors of this book and well the conversation made me love the book even more.

Unfair advantage
Good book with an insightful content. Lengthy narratives, that could have been reduced, disturbs reader's focus on the highlights.

Identificar as oportunidades não óbvias
Ótimo livro. Te faz enxergar com outros olhos as vantagens que você pode ter e ainda não percebeu. TUDO pode ser uma "vantagem injusta".

The most helpful and engaging business book!
This is the most impactful business book I’ve read.I finished reading it in 1 day (canceled cooking dinner 😀 - ordered in because I couldn’t put it down)This might be the most helpful and engaging business book you can read. It’s focused on startup and entrepreneurship with a lot of case studies, however, many of the core lessons from this book can be used by people who have other ambitions outside of start-ups, people looking to progress in their career or change careers completely and also can be applied to life in general. An unfair advantage is simply the element that gives you an edge.Their MILES Framework (Money, Intelligence & Insight, Location & Luck, Education & Expertise and Status) is a categorization of the different types of unfair advantages and how you can make use of them. This book helps you identify your own unfair advantages and make choices where you are already in a favourable position.

Great read!
The book is inspiring, insightful and flows smoothly. I read the vast majority of it on flights while I was traveling. It has inspired me to take my love of woodworking to the next level. Sometimes merely and change of perspective, which is the crux of this book, is all you need to change your life for the better. I highly recommend this book for anyone who thinks they may not 'have what it takes' to start a successful business.
