A tiny squeeze of lemon and half a teaspoon of honey or sugar make it so tasty. I've not yet used it often or continuously enough to actually state on the long term results but I've felt good after drinking each time.

This does exactly what it says in the box , it tastes alright no funny or horrible smell, I Actually like the test . I don’t know how good it will be for long term use but since taking this the I have said good buy to bloated tummy and god day to felling good Giving 3 stars because of lack of explanation in regards to regular use .

My favourite detox tea, makes you open your bowels so don't use more than one t-bag a day. I usually top it up multiple times with boiled water.
