The the cable is good. It’s a strong and it’s braided. It’s very long. I like that. It’s very long so that I can charge my laptop anywhere and it’s fast, it’s as fast as advertised. After about five months, my cable stopped working and I contacted the customer support and they helped me resolve the issue. Very good experiece.

This is the second time I am purchasing this cable. The first time I purchased in Oct 2024 for a family member for iPhone 15 Pro Max and till today that cable is working well and in good condition even after using it on daily basis. So I purchased this cable again for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Its length is proper, it looks good, the braids are nice and sturdy. It is compatible with the iPhone charger. Used the cable to connect iPhone to MacBook for a backup and data transfer rate was fast.

I reached out to the Waymo customer service team through Amazon, and they responded promptly. They asked me to share a few short videos to verify that the cable wasn’t working. Once I sent them, they processed the replacement right away without any hassle. I received a brand-new cable, and the whole process was smooth and professional. So far, the replacement cable is working well. I really appreciate the quick and helpful customer service, and I hope this one lasts longer — at least a year as expected.
