Missing Power Outlet
It was missing the power outlet. So I was unable to use it.

No Wifi Connection - NO Telephone Jack to use it like a regular phone
Very Disappointed with this product - Can only be used with an Ethernet connection - DONT BUY Unless you are using ViOP system.Our company was trying to set up a ViOP system - our first issue was there is no wifi/bluetooth on this machine, so spend the extra money for a phone with a Bluetooth connection. After realizing ViOP wasn't what our company needed, I did ask to return/refund out of the 30 days but they declined (fair).We thought we could at least use them for regular phones except there is NO PHONE JACK CONNECTION - there is only a PC and INTERNET ports - Now these are 4 door stops at this point. Buyer Beware. (also read the fine print - you need to buy the power supply separate which is really weird.)
