Good quality filters at reasonable price
I like the packaging and quality of the filters, these are universal fit but try and refer instructions and guide /or disassemble the old part you are about replace to check compatibility. This is mostly a DIY installation. The product comes with some additional minor joining parts etc.

Good product, bad packaging
Konvio Neer products have a quality assurance which makes me buy them. But the last two times the packaging has been very poor. My filters came wrapped with just a cellotape. ANyone could take off the tapes and change the filters easily. No cover packaging means the quality and authenticity of your product is not safe. I hope it is improved in future.

sealing should be proper
products are in good condition but why the packets are not in sealed condition? Both the plastic packets containing filters are open.

Affordable and Good
If you know how to fit these yourselves or find a technician who can do it only with service charge then it is really useful. There is a great difference in price charged by technicians compared to the ones we get it online, really worth it and DIY videos on YouTube can come in handy

Worst and useless product
Item is not filtering at all, simply bypassing the water, worst product like cheap local item, after replacing with this TDS Shooted 4 times more.
