Good tape. Helps with my shoulder pain when I’m playing pickleball. Easy to apply but sticks really well, making it difficult to remove. Otherwise great product.

Great product for a sprained ankle that's going through PT.

Worked great until my body rejected the adhesive. The tape held up perfectly through hours of bowling and prevented further injury and pain from a tendon injury. Videos available online show how to apply for various injuries. After about 6 months of use for only 2-3 hours once a week, my skin developed a rash that lasted over two weeks and has prevented re-use. Hopefully i can find a different version that doesn't have the same reaction.

Would recommend. My test for KT tape is three days and this stuff held up really well under a lot of activity and getting wet each day. Definitely stacks up against rock tape in terms of quality.

As long as you don't sweat too much or try to get it wet at all, you're fine. I have a bone spur and love to hike. This is great for a long day hike but it's falling off by the end of the day
