Product packaging by the brand was defective
The product from Olaplex was defective, when I unpackaged from the Amazon box, the product spilled due to leakage. I would rather buy it at the salon or from Nykaa

Fake product
I have ordered olaplex shampoo no. 4. It turns out to be fake. The consistency is too liquid and the colour is also lighter then the original. There is no fragrance. The hair doesn’t get foam when I applied it. Amazon doesn’t stand by the product. They insist that I have no proof.Best is not buy this product from Amazon.
