Extremely Disappointed — Poor Quality Product!
The media could not be loaded. I had high expectations from Milton, but this spin mop turned out to be a complete letdown. Within a very short time, the mop rod stopped working — it doesn’t move up and down, making it impossible to spin the mop or even rotate it properly to soak it in the bucket. The entire design feels flimsy and unreliable.A mop is supposed to make cleaning easier, but this one has only added to the frustration. Very poor quality for the price. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Totally dissatisfied!
