I only got this as i had to sit an exam where they needed to watch me on webcam and watch my hands and screen from my phone so i wasn't looking for anything high quality or crazy expensive. This is shockingly usable for the price the picture is good and clear and performance is smooth and doesn't stutter or act weird like some webcams do. It's very easy to use plug it in and it will set up automatically. Very easy to set up for use in video call apps it has a built in mic i haven't used so not sure how good it is but given how well it performs i would think it would be perfectly fine. The packaging is brown cardboard it's nice to see recycable materials! It comes with a stand that could be used to sit it on a desk or it can mount on top of your monitor wich i found to be the easiest and best option for me. Included are 3 stickers with designs on them you can use one of these as i have or if you prefer a subtle look it's just plain black without it. I would recommend this to people wanting to do video calls be it with friends,exams or interviews etc or maybe to someone starting out with streaming. You don't have to break the bank to start out i tried a quick game recording using OBS and it came out great so if you want to give streaming a go this is a viable option. Very impressed with the price,quality and performance

Good quality webcam with attachment to balance easily on any monitor. Very stable and doesn’t fall easily. Image is quality is good especially in low/coloured light. Comes with a tripod attachment if needed that easily screws on. Webcam also has an in-built mic with great sound quality.

The reviews do justice to this camera and it works great out of the box, plug and play. quality is great, the only thing that bothers me is that it has a very wide angle lens almost like a fish eye. another point is positioning on my monitors or the stand just doesn't seem to work for me. Nevertheless the camera is great and has no technical issues whatsoever and for the price it is a great purchase.

I bought this as a means to replace my previous webcam which conked out after several years of service. Decided to go with this one based on price and customer reviews. I am really happy with the webcam. No disk for installation. Just plug it in VIA the USB cable and the PC does the rest. Also comes with a lens cap and two LED's on the camera itself tells you if its currently capturing or not. I have used the camera a few times now via discord, Picarto and twitch and apart from been a bit widescreen, The picture quality is fantastic. I've seen previous reviews which go over the sound quality. I can't make any comments on that as I immediately disabled it from using audio. Overall I'm very happy with this camera and would highly recommending it to anyone looking for an affording and easy to use piece of equipment.

been using for meetings with no issues

Worked fine at first, but after some time it started disconnecting constantly and is now completely unusable. On top of that, the image is extremely dark at first — you have to wait for a while until it adjusts to the lighting and becomes usable. Very frustrating experience overall.

I've been trying to find the best webcam for work, previous ones have seemed to focus on the head too much, so the view of me in Teams/Pop/Slack was pretty much just my head "blown up" in the middle of my part of the screen, and I'm sat back about 1m from the camera The previous 2 I had were both 1080P, as this one is meant to be, and yet their image quality in the videos was FAR superior to using this camera - the view of the wide angle is great, it shows more of "me" in the same part of the screen, showing my head, neck, shoulders and part of my chest, so it "looks like" I'm sat MUCH further back from the camera, which is more comfortable in the video calls One of the first problems is the lighting, others looked like I was well lit, my whole face was about the same light level, but this one seems to have a light & dark region, so one side of my face is well lit while the other is quite dark, and the image is distinctly lower quality than previous cams Getting it working was a breeze with the OS just recognising it, and the in-built mic is clear, so after it was first plugged in it "just worked", I had to do nothing in the settings or the apps for it to be auto-selected and ready for the calls, but there's no way to turn the camera, and because I run a dual monitor setup, my camera is almost in the middle of the 2 screens, and the others were able to be rotated so I'm in the middle of the view, but this one just doesn't do that - you're STUCK with the view being where it's setup unless you want it on a tripod rather than on a monitor They've made a REALLY strange choice on the privacy cover, while it should be cap that's easy to flip open and closed, this one is on a band around the cable, so if you're not careful it will happily slide away down the cable (I've had this happen twice in less than 24 hours) Overall, this is nice to have the wide angle, but the video quality just isn't what it should be, and that privacy cap is just insane

Plug in and it works right away. So easy to use. The sound quality is great and it picks up with good clarity. The image focuses well and for the compact size it is a big, clear picture.
