I’ve been using this boning knife for a few weeks now, and I’m extremely impressed. The blade is very sharp and makes trimming and deboning meat effortless. It’s well-balanced and comfortable to hold, even during longer prep sessions. The knife feels sturdy and high-quality, and it’s easy to clean. For the price, it’s a great value and performs just as well as more expensive brands.
