Exactly what I needed and a quality item
Needed this for a 2500lb winch on the back of my truck. Seems sturdy enough and machined hole locations were perfect for my little "Badlands" ATV winch from Harbr Fr8. Also, It coupled perfectly with a converter to downsize my 2.5-inch receiver to 2 inch. So, there was no slack or "jiggling," which means to me that the receiver shaft was also perfect size. I'm real happy with this, because I also believe I will have no problem stepping up to a more powerful winch at some point.

Quality issue
Although three were in the right location, one of the mounting holes was not correctly located. Whats worse when I started a return and noted the quality problem I was asked to pay for the return via UPS. Also, I didn't get a standard return selection menu... only two options were available. In particular, the selection "Item defective or doesn't work" was NOT an option.Should also note this appeared to be cast not formed so it might not hold up as well. I ended up going with the Extreme Max for a few extra bucks.

Looks like it will be great for a 3500 lb winch.
I have not used this one yet but have used another one just like it a lot. I have used this more for pulling shrubs out of the ground with my winch connected to my truck.
