I bought this bag for my 100-pound boxing heavy bag, and I'm for sure satisfied. With no reliable place to hang my bag (and I didnt want to mount it because the ceiling in the area isnt secure), this stand gave me the perfect solution. Pros: -The stand is sturdy and well-built, providing a solid and dependable base for intense workouts. it remains stable and secure, even when you are having an intense training session. - For those who are against hanging heavy bags from the ceiling (like me), this stand offers a perfect alternative. It eliminates the need for drilling and potentially damaging your home structure. -Supports Heavy Bags: This stand easily accommodates my 100-pound bag without any issues. The frame's design ensures that the weight is well-distributed, preventing any wobbling or tipping. Cons: -To ensure the stand's stability, you'll need to add weight plates to the base. it's crucial for maintaining the stand's balance during workouts. Setting up the stand can be a bit of a hassle. The assembly process, from putting the frame together to hanging the bag, requires some effort and patience. However, once it's up and running, the stand performs flawlessly. -This bag requires a good amount of space and once you set it up somewhere, good luck moving it, in that respect it's not the most convenient. especially if you have a designated space for working out and don't feel like sacrificing a portion of it. However if you are looking for a sturdy, reliable, well made bag stand, and dont mind giving up a bit of space I would 100% reccomend this bag!

Mine came with only a couple of minor scratches, and mostly assembled. It took me 15 minutes to finish the build. As to the scratches, they were limited to loops that are used to tie down the bag. This could be avoided with some additional padding. However, I am happy with the condition of the rack. The rods that hold the weight plates could be improved. They are square, so they do not fit the rounded poles snugly. The rack itself, as a whole, is of good quality and could certainly be upgraded if you choose to invest in different hooks, like a swivel mount. This is not a criticism of the rack. It's just an observation that you CAN improve upon a very well-priced item. All parts were in the box. The instructions were not difficult to read. Perhaps the seller has taken steps to correct some of the things you read in earlier reviews. ONE COMPLAINT: The listing picture shows a distance of 48" between the ends of each foot. While the bars themselves are, indeed, 48" in length, the distance between the ends (where you will stand) is closer to 60". Why is this important? I bought a 60" floor mat at the same time I bought the rack. This would have left some space beyond the rack footprint. But, being the exact same size, the tips of the base hang off the floor mat. That said, I'll being the nuisance of returning the floor mat for a larger size. Arrived early.

Overall it is a decent heavy bag stand. It does take some effort to put it together but once you got it everything feels solid. I have about a 80LBS bag on the stand and you WILL NEED WEIGHTS to hold this stand down or the stand will fall over. Now i have 4x 45lbs plates on it now and that seems to do the trick. My only down side is that the bag hangs close to the stand so doing any kicks on the bag you run the risk of hitting the bar behind the bag. other than that happy with the purchase.

I bought this to pair with a heavy bag that I got my son for Christmas. Took maybe 30 min to put together with “hold this” help from my son. Very sturdy, just make sure you tighten everything well. Looks nice and withstands all the punching. For sure works well and worth the money.

Solid metal build. Struggles to hold a 100 lbs bag. I am not a big guy and stand moves around a lot if not well weighted down.

Love this thing. I’m 6’2 and when I add a spring, it’s barely tall enough with my 120lb aqua bag to be functional for me. It’s not the products fault I’m taller than most humans. Would buy it again if I needed this exact setup.

I ordered this punching bag stand as a Christmas gift to my husband. First of all, the stand didn’t come in until days after it’s expected delivery date. Secondly, the package arrived damaged. The cardboard and plastic was torn. Third of all, it’s cheap and not well made at all. My husband assembled it and used it daily for a week before the screws started coming undone. No matter how many times you adjust the screws they would still come undone. While using this product it makes a lot of noise and is very shaky. The welding is done poorly. It doesn’t seem safe. Overall this product isn’t worth the cost. I would return the product to get a refund but finding a box to return it would be impossible. I feel scammed. Not to mention the product is a pain to assemble & disassemble.

The installation is quick and simple. The shape is perfect for a corner of a room. Quite a space saver. I hung a 100lb punching bag and it doesn't squeak or shake while I punch (I'm at beginner level). Very satisfied
