This product comes in several flavors, and the small foil pouches it comes in are very small and lightweight, so you can have several in a pocket or purse. I have always avoided drinking boring, flavorless water, unfortunately choosing sugar-laden soft drinks, instead. When i recently completed donating blood, the technician told me to drink plenty of water over the next couple of days. When i said i wasn’t much of a water drinker, because it was tasteless, he showed me some flavored Propel packets and i chose Black Cherry and poured it into the top of the bottle of water; recapped the bottle and gently swirled it around. The Propel instantly and completely dissolved in the water, without even changing the color of the water very much. I was surprised at how good the water tasted after adding the Propel to it. Not only did it give me the incentive to drink the entire bottle of water, but it also helped to know that it was good for me ~ not only the extra water i will now drink, but the fact that i am also getting electrolytes in each bottle of water i drink. I stopped at the grocery store on the way home and bought a box of Propel packets. For anyone who doesn’t care for drinking plain water, i honestly recommend getting some Propel packets! You’ll love the difference it makes!

I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful these powder packs are when mixed with 40oz of water. They dissolve completely—no grit or residue—and offer a light, refreshing taste that makes it easy to stay hydrated throughout the day. The portion size is perfect, and the convenience factor is a big win. Definitely recommend giving these a try!

Fruity, electrolytes, hydrating. Those are the key words here. One packet is intended for 16 oz of water... but don't believe that!! Use 20 oz of water instead. With 16 oz the flavor is just too strong. Not that I'm complaining... you don't even need to measure - just re-use a 20 oz soda/tea bottle. Be sure to shake it really well before you drink it though. I ordered a kit with 2 Black Cherry, 2 Watermelon, and 1 Grape (boxes of 10 packets each). That's exactly what I got. Good stuff if you're taking a road trip, or playing ball with the boys, or bicycling around the entire county. AND it's sugar free. 0g fat and carbs, assuming you mix it with WATER and not something stupid like milk or Pepsi. Just be advised: keep a knife or scissors handy to open the packets. Don't try to pull it open, if it tears open quickly while you're pulling it apart you'll end up with a cloud of powder in your face and on your floor.

I love these Propel Powder Packets for staying hydrated on the go! They dissolve easily in water and provide a nice boost of electrolytes and vitamins without any sugar. My only minor complaint is that the flavors can be a bit sweet, even without sugar. I usually mix them with extra water to tone it down, and that works perfectly. I prefer buying these to the bottled propel. First off, I don't have to worry about a heavy package coming in the mail. Then we have the fact that the price is much better. As long as you like the flavors included, it's a better deal. I think the flavor packets are a little more potent than the bottled water. The flavor is more powerful, not in a bad way but it's noticable. You have to drink a lot to help with dehydration but if you're trying to drink more water, I do recommend trying these. Find a flavor you like and stick with it. I prefer the Watermelon. Mixing the grape with the black cherry in a larger bottle of water seems to work better for me than just drinking the black cherry or grape on its own. It's not included in this set but the strawberry kiwi flavor is pretty good too. I always mix them up at home, but I can definitely see that they would be convenient and easy to deal with on the go.

Great flavors - not overwhelming and does not taste sweet or like fake chemicals. Great transition from sugary drinks with a boost. Helps meet daily water intake.
