Horn fried
I bought this horn in mid December 2016. It's 2 months old now and wont work now. It worked great and loud for the 2 months it lasted but now it has a hole in the bottom where the circuit board fried. Wiring is all done correctly. I tried contacting the place where it was shiped from and have had no luck with a response. If this gets resolved I will change my review to more stars because I did like the horn while it was working.Update to my review: The owner of the business emailed me back then sent me a new horn in the mail. Hoping the new one works better than the last.

Very loud....very very irritating to install
Very loud great horn, but when it comes to installing...didnt even come close to being a simple install. 20+yr mechanic, this was the most difficult horn to install on my own motorcycle. But still worth buying. But clear sometime for install.

Not an easy fit for a Yamaha Tenere 700. But when it's on and wired, it's very loud!
My bike is a 2021 Yamaha Tenere 700. There is space to mount this where the stock horn bracket is hanging, but the hardware they include to mount it is useless. I expected mounting it to take some handy work, but the horn has one spot on top that's a mounting point. It needs more mounting points desperately! I managed to craft my own aluminum bracket in my workshop. For the wiring, the positive wire was just BARELY long enough to reach my battery. An added 6in would be appreciated. Same goes for the grounding wire, it was a bit short but made it work. After I was done wiring though, wow does it work. Very loud for the size and bound to scare anyone you honk at.

Major problem with horn after a month
Horn is great while it works. Very loud and alerts drivers quickly. Unfortunately, given the price of the item I expected it to last longer. As I was riding probably a month after having it the horn started sounding without the button being pushed. I had to pull over and manually unplug it. After this happened anytime it is plugged back in the horn sounds until it is unplugged. Had a master tech at the shop I work at check the wiring and it is getting proper ground and all of the connections are in good shape. I really would like to get it replaced but the warranty period is up so now I'm without a horn and have a hundred plus out of my pocket. Not very happy with the seller. Definitely consider the chances of this happening to you as well. I hope mine was just a defective horn and not a widespread problem. Good luck!

It works kinda
The media could not be loaded. It was simple to install and it did work. It is louder than an average stock bike horn but it really sounds cheap. Sounds like it's laboring to push the air and has kind of a crackle sound if that makes any sense. I can't really give it less than 2 out of five be cause is does what it said it would but this really should have been like a $40 horn based on the quality and sound. Dissapionted I guess

Definitely loud and wakes up the drivers that don’t see you
Got it installed on my motorcycle had to fashion a bracket for it so it could fit where I needed it. But it is very loud and I’ll wake up the guy that’s turning into my lane. Which happens too often.

Outstanding!!!
Extremely loud and exceptionally easy to install. Two recommendations: 1. buy an additional 25' of wire to provide plenty to run properly from the horn to the battery; 2. decide if you want the horn to blast with intermittent sounds (default) or one solid sound (simply remove a dipswitch) before installing. I absolutely recommend!
