Solid, Adjustable, and Looks Great, Perfect for Home or Studio
I’ve been really impressed with the CAHAYA Mic Stand Tripod Boom Arm. The first thing that stood out was the size; it has a compact footprint when folded but extends tall enough for just about any recording or performance setup. The length of the boom arm gives plenty of reach without feeling flimsy, and it locks solidly in place. In terms of quality, it feels well-built for the price; the tubing is sturdy metal, the joints don’t wobble, and the tightening knobs actually hold firm instead of slipping after a few uses (which is more than I can say for a lot of budget stands). The hold is excellent. Once you’ve positioned your mic, it stays exactly where you put it. Even with a heavier condenser mic, there’s no sagging or slow droop over time. Finally, the look; clean, professional, and minimal. The matte black finish fits perfectly in both my home studio and my living room setup. It doesn’t scream “budget stand,” and honestly, it feels like something that should cost more. Overall, a great combination of stability, reach, and design. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a reliable mic stand without spending a fortune.

Sturdy! Recommend
Super sturdy. Better than the wobbly one we replaced and less expensive.

Read this balanced review before you buy the CAHAYA Mic Stand
I recently acquired the "CAHAYA Dual-use Tripod Microphone Stand" and had a mix of experiences. It’s worth noting both the highs and lows to give potential buyers a full picture. Pros: The overall sturdiness and stability of the mic stand, once properly set up, are commendable. It holds the microphone well and seems like it can withstand regular use without issue. The portability and included carrying bag add a level of convenience for musicians or speakers on the go. This makes it an excellent option for those who need a reliable stand that can travel with them. Cons: The quality of the materials is passable, but my stand arrived with a defective part. The upper arm lacked the necessary threads to screw in the vertical part of the stand. This required manual intervention, which was both unexpected and time-consuming. I rated the quality of material 3 stars due to this defective part. It's a reminder that sometimes trying to save money up front can lead to additional costs—in this case, the cost was my time and effort. In conclusion, The "CAHAYA Dual-use Tripod Microphone Stand" is a product with potential, but the lack of attention to detail in quality control can lead to a frustrating setup experience. After resolving the issue, the stand functions as expected and does offer a good value for its price point. For future purchases, I’d consider spending a bit more for peace of mind and to save on the effort of troubleshooting.

They Should Open A School to Teach Others About Customer Service
First off let me say that this company makes a pretty good product. Usage for the boom is for speaker frequency measurement. That being said, the stand arrived with all the parts intact but one piece was slightly bent. I contacted the seller to see what they would do for me. I received a return email the next day from Enver the customer service rep who pleasantly stated they would be happy to send me out a replacement part. Barely four days later I received a rather large box from FedEx and was puzzled as to what it might be. To my surprise, when opened there was a complete replacement boom stand inside!! Amazing! This without asking for a return of any sort. AND... this one was perfect! The stand is well made, sturdy and easily adjustable. With turn lock leg extensions rather than the usual clasps and work easily. Would that all companies had their business model. BIG Recommend!!

Not the sturdiest mic stand I own, but for the price and portability it's great, love the white!
I love that it's easily folded and retracted in to a small footprint, and includes a bag. And I love that it comes in white. It holds a Shure SM-58 and cable just fine, although if the end boom is flipped on the down side the mic will tilt down, the clip isn't very taught. I am 5' 10" and it easily reaches my height and extends over a music stand with good reach. It is not as sturdy as a $200 stand, but it doesn't cost that. Especially when it's extended on all sections it can seem on the border of being flimsy. Otherwise for being so affordable it's excellent to have as a backup stand, or heck even a main stand. Won't hold up to on-stage antics, but if you're well behaved this is a great affordable stand.

Great golf training aid
If you’re looking for something to hang a pool noodle on, you found it. You can set this up as high or as low as you want and the noodle fits easily over the part where the microphone would go. You don’t need all the pieces attached so it’s even quicker setup. This thing is awesome and was the cheaper version I could find. If you’re working on your swing path and don’t have someone to hold the noodle, this will do the job.

It's Okay and gets the job done.
These are light weight but will work. I don't recommend them for professional use. However, for an individual. jamming or practicing you should be just fine. A big problem is that you must take it completely apart to put it back in the back. The bag isn't the best made. There was only one cord clip with my unit and in the photo, I observed at least three maybe four. It's okay and the price reflects the review.

Pros: - I can only say good things about this mic-stand. This is my second one and I use it for household musical sessions. - The quality of material is very well. I don’t expect to use the stand in a category 5 cyclone; hence it does not need to be the strongest thing in the world! I am on the side of things that can do the job without taking a lot of Earth’s resources. The stand also feels very premium when handling. - There are plenty of accessories to go around various microphone types. My first one lacked the ability to connect to any mic without threads. I used to tape my mic’s to it. This one, comes with a crocodile-clip and a standard collar, both of which can hold all of my microphones - that is what sounds more like universal. - The base tripod is super sturdy, the weight and momentum balance with boom-arm tilted works under most scenarios. Great job! - The entire package comes in a bag, can you ask for more?! Recommend? - No wonder, it is 110% recommended for anybody.
