Great for holding cables
I use this for my aviation headset to keep wires out of my face. The plastic is kinda cheap, but they really aren’t meant to be roughed up. The clamps do hood well though.

Stable and safe
They hold cables without squishing or crushing them. I was concerned about this type of clip damaging my IEM cables, but the grip strength is enough to hold them securely and I'm not at all worried about damage.
