I'm finally able to roll my doughs/fondant/spread chocolate to the correct uniform thickness! My last tart looked professionally done. They're easy to use for any size of project as long as your rolling pin is long enough. They're good quality, easy to clean because I can throw them in the dishwasher when I'm done, and they're not bulky so they're easy to tuck into a corner of my kitchen until I need them. I like that they come in three common thicknesses. Yes, they're in mm, instead of inches, but they're close enough. Would definitely buy again.
