Love these ramekins. VERY WELL MADE! a delight to use! Would buy again! Worth theprice.

These are Perfect for poaching eggs and egg "muffins" with other ingredients. I've used for pico de Gallo, pudding, dipping sauces, etc. When I'm cooking with them I coat with a little olive oil to make them truly non-stick. The red color is striking and rich looking. They would make a nice house warming gift.
