This book is very informative with easy to understand instructions, hints and tips for bakers new to sourdough. If you are about to foray into making sourdough bread, I highly recommend this book. Would make a great gift.

This is the only sourdough book you will ever need. Ive been making sourdough for a few years with decent results but always felt it could be better. Other books are way too complicated but this one is so straightforward to follow and I've had amazing results from the very first loaf. The troubleshooting sections are thorough and very clear.
