Works GREAT!
So easy to use! Makes filling RV Battery banks a piece of cake! Having 4 Lead/Acid RV house batteries that have a total of 24 cells, it was a pain to check and refill with a pitcher and usually overfilling the cell. With this just insert nozzle into cell port and press down and hold. Fills cell to the same level every time, no spills, no drips. LOVE IT.

Good tool for those starting off at battery maintenance
I selected this tool to replace an older HD unit that I have had for over 40 years. Sadly the rubber ball eroded and I needed a replacement. I went with the best ratings I could find. Gave a 3 star as the 1st arrived with a manufacture defect on the lower seal causing air ingress. Same was replaced quickly by the supplier. Using the second one today I find the sealing fit of the top suction ball to the glass tube questionable and on a long term use, TBD. What I was unable to see was how small the actual electrolyte numbers are that I monitor. If you want a straight GOOD - FAIR - BAD indicator this will do. This is what you would expect for the cost.

It works
Topped up my auxilliary batteries on my Sprinter van. Worked great. You will need about 8inches clearance above battery to get fill nozzle square on battery. Didn't overfill or drip. You dont really know when the battery is done filling unless you look frequently but if its quiet you can hear the bubbles stop venting back into the bottle when it is full.
