I bought this for tracking my fat loss (yep, I too have gained the “COVID 19” over the last few years). It’s good, does exactly what it says. I would probably buy one that’s higher in quality if I were a personal trainer & using it all the time, but for my needs (just my husband & I), this will definitely do what we need it to.

Good value for money. Doesn’t get much use as body fat doesn’t change daily but it tells you if you need to get rid of fat around your middle, your upper arms and thighs, then the hard work starts to get rid of it, then you can use the gadget to measure how much fat you have lost.

I was taught how to use one but there were instructions included for those who don't or are learning which is awesome

Are okay but very easy to brake. The bolt came off after 3 ish weeks. Yes very easy to screw back on but unexpected

The calipers themselves are good, the packing is good and the instructions glossy. But... the instructions are very poorly written (badly translated?) and in many parts don't make sense. Not a major issue as we can find instructions on the internet, but really it would have been better to supply them with no instructions and save the paper.
