Good Protein To Add To Drinks/Food
I normally use the TIU protein, however, a family member suggested that I try this one out and I was pleasantly surprised. Most proteins have that taste where you can definitely tell that it's a protein supplement, yet this one didn't. I could add it to my oatmeal in the mornings for breakfast and it would actually taste good, and I would add it to my cashew milk quite a bit and found that it went well with that too. I even added it to my coffee-I would put cashew milk and protein in my coffee, and I found that that combination wasn't bad either. Definitely one of the better proteins that's out there on the market.

I love these products!!!The last time I gained weight this is the only brand I found that actually worked or works for me.I kept the weight off for years and now that I am several years older I am back at it!Tastes good and works good!
