This is a great hobby for both adults and children.
I am a 77-year-old man, and I enjoy doing latch hooks. They are so easy, and I have been doing them since I was 20. It is a great way to relax after a long day! I even taught my art students how to do it. The ones from this company are always nice. Everything you need is in the package including a latch hooker, but I would suggest getting another one with a wooden handle (It is a little easier to use!) Amazon ships these and they always come quickly! Merry Christmas!

Fun project!
The pattern was easy to follow, but I did need to ignore some of the print on the canvas because they didn't quite line up. I was able to fit the whole project on the canvas and it turned out bright, soft and lovely.

Beautiful
Got this for my MIL who has had to give up a lot of her hobbies due to arthritis and failing eyesight. The one star deduction is because the color marking on the mat weren't real clear and we needed to go over them with sharpie so that she could see them better.

Poor quality
Picture is nice, difficult to find horse latchhook. However yarn is very poor quality. Strands come apart very easily. But at least I did have enough yarn to finish. But basically strands are frayed after completing. Top looks like it’s missing a row, but grid is sewed at very top , so no grid to “ latch onto”.

Love it!
I was looking for a craft that would be relaxing and this fit the bill. I love to just sit there and hook the rug — it’s a very peaceful activity. The colors are lovely, the materials are sturdy and the directions (especially the instructions about proper color placement ) are clear and accurate. Just a great product — and the price is amazing.
