I'm on a weightloss journey so I started having this for lunches to fill me up until my main meal in the evening. The vanilla is sweet and filling, it's worked wonders for me personally. It's lovely with water or milk, I use water to keep it simple to track. It does have some bitty texture to it but honestly it's to be expected with an oaty shake

Really happy with product and helped me on my writing loss journey. Filling great flavour, not too powdery, mixed well. takes hunger away. Good value for money.

Day1 :- Taste is amazing, the texture is a bit coarse in texture due to the presence of oats, but its good. Actually fills the stomach. Says, 23g protein per serving.

I have several products from Protein shakes ranging from Creatine to well packed gym use protein milk shakes. From my own point of view I have not found better and I believe they support workouts by sending nutrients where most needed. I have tried many products in a long career of being a 'gym monkey' and this, and other products you can find on their website I consider to be of the highest quality, fair price as it lasts a good period of time. Perhaps least/most important- the TASTE of the various options are FABULOUS- really taste like it says on the pouch. 10/10. David

Love this. Tastes amazing, keeps me full surprisingly. Quite grainy so if you want it smooth, this is not for you.

I love protein works, not sure it’s my taste buds but I thought this was a little grainy texture still after a longer blend/mix. If I leave it for a while the grainy bits kind melt in then it’s much smoother. Tastes ok, I made mine with almond milk to reduce calories as I cannot stand a watery tasteless shake made with water. Pleasant enough but I didn’t find it filling enough really. Decent enough protein hit, probably won’t buy again for me personally. I will try other ways to blend, maybe add some fruit to bulk slightly. I’m diabetic and didn’t increase my glucose too much either.

Very tasty, a little sweet mix either with water or milk. Also very filling. If your a little tired give it a try. Worth it.

Nice taste but the texture is just too grainy despite blending and experimenting with different amounts of milk. I wouldn’t repurchase this brand.

Il n'y a à ma Connaissance pas de Minéraux et Vitamines dans les Sachets Que des Protéines ainsi que Faible en Glucide et Faible en Graisse c'est Deux Derniers point sont très intéressant

Je n'aime pas du tout la texture, goût de flotte avec de la poudre et des grumeaux. Je préfère de loin le diet meal que le diet breakfast

Niveau goût, je ne recommande clairement pas. Niveau praticité non plus: il est recommandé 1 cuillère et demie par jour. Pourquoi ne pas avoir directement mis une cuillère adaptée à la dose?.. Bref, je n'en achèterais pas d'autres.
