Good bits at a lower price
I first ordered a Yonico router bit a few years ago. I've got lots of Freud's and CMT's. I only needed the bit for a one time use profile so I figured I should be able to get at least one pass out of it as it's so inexpensive. Well, I was surprised at it's quality (it was a beading bit), and have since ordered a few more. They seem to be as good quality as the expensive brands. Shouldn't be but gee... I'm getting mileage out of them. The carbide lasts and the finish is like a good quality one. Often with cheap bits the paint job will be bubbled and pitted. The paint doesn't really matter but it makes the product look 'better' quality. For bits that I use once and awhile they are fine. I think they'd be fine for more long term use too. It's nice to get a decent quality tool at what should be a premium price. recommended by me for any other woodworkers out there.

Works great on Oak
Doing Oak draw fronts. Smooth finish and no burning.

Draw lip bit
The bit was satisfactory, not the best quality steel so the cut needed sanding. However for the price I would say it is worth every penny.

Works well
Leaves a nice clean cut . I had to create my own base plate for my trim router to use this bit.

Have bought plenty Yonico bits
For the money they are decent. I have bought about 15 different profiles for various jobs in my cabinet shop. I usually buy them in pairs because the carbide isn't as good as what is put on the Italian bits so they do wear quicker on hard woods with a high mineral content like some Maple can have. You'll get some friction burn when they dull so if you have a decent amount of lineal feet to do, buy 2. 2 are still cheaper than 1 Italian made. Chipping is also an occasional issue but then again, they are inexpensive. I will say this though, Yonico does have a good selection of hard to find previously popular profiles so sometimes this is your only choice without going custom if you need to match something. As long as they stay reasonably priced, I'll keep buying them but if the price jumps and the carbide quality doesn't improve, I go back to sourcing European and American produced bits that last longer.

Another excellent router bit from Yonico
Ordered it, it got here quick, used it for the job at hand, excellent results, job done. I have bought other bits of this brand (and still using them) multiple times in the past, will be buying more as needed. Good quality, reasonable cost....... Hay........what more can I say? CJ 5/2022
