Great in Kimchi and Shortbreads Cookies
I use this glutinous rice flour for kimchi. Though regular rice flour is recommended to make shortbread cookies, I've used this a few times with great results (using only 1/4 cup rice flour and remainder 1 3/4 cups AP flour). The rice flour makes the cookies softer and flakier.

It sure is a bag of glutenous rice flour. Exactly as advertised. Didn’t have any quality issues and the Hawaiian mochi turned out great

Busque una receta en Youtube y me puse manos a la obra, es fácil de hacer usando un microondas, puedes variar los rellenos, y quedan deliciosos. No se si se puede usar en otras recetas pero por ahorita estoy muy feliz con mi compra!

Nice flour but
The flour is super fine and the bag is really thin. It always leaks and creates a mess. I put it in a ziplock bag as soon as I buy it.

glutinous rice flour
this is an essential flour that is used in mostly ( as far as I know ) or all mochi based recipes. it always turns out great. however I would only repurchase from here if I was unable to go to my local Asian grocery store, this is very overpriced. last time I checked I believe in store it is 2$ or 3$ per bag of the exact same one.
