I don't know if this product has helped me or not. I am tested every few months, but receive injections too, so which is it? The taste and smell is fairly off-putting. I have tried both the chewable and the capsules, but both leave an unpleasant aftertaste and smell.

Heard that when taking Areds 2 the zinc upsets Your stomach. Have been on these one month. I take 2 in the morning with my breakfast. No issues so far. Very pleased with this product.
