Not fast but highly effective
My lawn was invaded by crabgrass this past spring. I applied this once and within a couple of weeks, no more crabgrass.

Great for Bindweed
If you've ever battled bindweed then this product is your friend. Bindweed field are these vine-like nasties that grow in no time, root down several feet, crawl up every living thing, suck the life out of them and regrow faster than Robin William's beard. We have lost several trees to this vine--big ones that sometimes fall on our house and are taking over the rest of our trees. But this product kills it. The reason I'm so emphatic about this product is that it is a serious risk due to it's tendency to make all our trees fall on our house. And that's not even mentioning it's complete takeover of our yard and grass. The problem is it kills what you spray it on so quickly that it doesn't have time to get down into the roots and kill the source. So if you have Bindweed the best idea I've read is to ball the ends up and put it in buckets with diluted Bindweed killer so it will soak it up slowly. Even put some fertilizer in the solution so the weed will be motivated to soak it up. Lastly, be patient. Killing bindweed is a long-term project which will go a lot better with this product on your side. Oh yeah -- it kills every other weed I spray it on too.

Works as advertised without harming lawn.
Works great without harming the lawn and is easy to apply as bottle automatically applies right amount without and adjustments of feed rate. However, it will not kill all types of lawn weeds. An application is effective for about three months before it needs to be applied again. Make sure you apply it on a nice day with no wind, wear chemical gloves and wash off your shoes and gloves after use for safety.

Malfunctioning bottle
I bought 2 bottles and the first bottle did not work, so that’s why I gave it a 3 star rating

Crabgrass is the only thing it doesn't kill
As much as I like to eschew extreme ratings of either 1 or 5 stars (in my experience, a product is rarely the best or worst thing imaginable), I cannot, in clear conscience rate this BioAdvance product any higher than the lowest end of the scale. On the very top of the list of safe grasses on which to use this product is Bermuda. After using this grassy weed killer, I have a series of brown dead spots in my Bermuda lawn with crabgrass thriving happily in the middle (see attached photo). The same can be said for the zoysia in my backyard. I must admit, however, that the headline of this review is a little misleading. The Bio-Advanced All-in-one Lawn Weed and Crabgrass killer fails to kill sedge grass as well as crabgrass. So, the 2 grassy weeds I would most like to get rid of seem to react to this product as if it were a tasty meal. While at the same time my true lawn grasses are dying anywhere it was applied.

Flawless
The first time I used it I must of used i it wrong. It didn’t really work. But then I noticed that some crabgrass and clover had died. But after trying it again and adding surfactant and blue dye. It worked wonders. I killed all the weeds and I mean everything. Especially all those clovers and crabgrass. I noticed a difference the very next day. I did notice though. Put the blue dye in so u can see if it’s actually pulling the weed killer and not just water from your hose. Because I thought well maybe if I just turned the lever a few ways I can spot treat and use less of the product. NOPE!! Have to full blast open that lever. Cause I can actually see the water stream turn blue or clear as I turn on the lever. One thing to note. It is not a preventer. So it will kill the existing sprouting crabgrass but if there are still seeds in the soil more will sprout.
