Fantastic resource for any therapist. The spiral-bound set-up is ideal for easily making copies to use for handouts. The resources are fantastic; the ideas very creative. I love that these exercises can be used for teens, adults and adolescents. I used three of the activities with a brand-new teen group this weekend and as a result, witnessed six kids with social phobia let their guards down and commit to the therapy experience.
