This cleansing balm is absolutely lovely, I have used a few different ones before but not as nice as this one. It is smooth and silky and when water is added you get a really nice texture to wash you face with, This balm completely cleans off all make up (and I love a mascara) my face feels cleansed and smooth after use. It has a faint pleasant sweet smell to it and is just a nice all round cleansing balm, I think it is worth the money as you only need a little and there is a small spatula that hooks inside the lid... this is now my go too balm

This is the best product I've found at removing waterproof mascara! As a makeup remover I cannot fault it, I love the feeling ofmitmon my skin and it feels so hydrating and cleansing. I have subscribed for many months, occasionally my head is turned by another product and I always kick myself as this is so quick and effective.

I have sensitive rosacea skin and most cleansing balms irritate my skin after one use. Upon first use, it didn't irritate and after a week, my skin has cleared up considerably and is smoother. Removes makeup fairly well and I don't need to use a cloth after to feel like my skin has cleansed. Only downside is it's not as hydrating as I'd hoped, but able to resolve this with a thicker layer of moisturiser.

Works a treat on my menopausal, sensitive skin. No irritation, no spots, gets the job done. Satisfyingly melty and soft and no real fragrance (certainly not the icky smell that some similar products have). Very impressive for the price. Whack it on before you get in the shower, rub all over your face and rinse off. Lovely jubbly.

Good product, no stinging eyes which I always had with the elemis cleansing balm I had used for a long time. Packaging looks cheap but do not jusdgr a book by its cover as the product is easy to use, melts makeup and cleanses well, leaves the skin soft and with no tightness. Now a repeat purchase item.

I am not a huge skincare/make-up kinda gal but this is the very best stuff I have ever used to remove mascara. Makes it melt like butter with zero irritation to my hyper sensitive skin/eye area. Have repurchased several times. Infinitely better than expensive alternatives.

3 - price is ridiculously too expensive for ELF, do they think they’re Chanel?! - soft on face if dry skin - only need small amount - removes facial makeup ⭐️ - eye makeup, removes most of it without stinging eyes. However you do need to work at mascara, it doesn’t just wipe off like they say it does - still use a sensitive, good eye makeup remover to make sure that eye makeup is removed if you want wrinkle and dark under eye free skin!

I love this cleansing balm!!! First time ive ever used it but it removed my makeup with such ease and did a better job than my makeup remover has ever done. Its super easy to use + doesn't smell like chemicals on the same level as others do- It kind of just smells like vaseline. My skin didn't react negatively to this product either and instead i was left with super soft skin that felt clean and smooth. Definitely worth the money and will 100% be reinvesting in a bigger tub.

Il migliore struccante utilizzato fin ora. Morbido, profumo delicato, trucca bene e detergente in un solo gesto. Al risciacquo la pelle rimane morbida e non c'è bisogno della doppia detersione. Costa un pò ma vale tutti i soldi spesi.

Baume qui se transforme en une matière douce et soyeuse sur le peau. Très agréable à appliquer, vient à bout de n'importe quel maquillage en 2 en 3 mouvement, ne pique pas les yeux, se retire parfaitement à l'eau même froide et laisse une peau propre, hydratée et protégée. C'est dommage qu'il ne soit plus disponible en prime. J'ai du me rabattre sur autre chose.

10/10 would recommend this product to anybody. This is a go to product for me. All you do is put the product on your face and rub it in then watch your makeup melt away. Don’t mind the oily feel either. As soon as you rinse it off with water, my skin feels buttery smooth and so clean without feeling dry. Even waterproof mascara wipes away instantly and did not irritate my eyes or contacts at all! The spoon applicator makes it even easier to get the right amount you need. I prefer these over makeup remover wipes and micellar water by far. Price is unbeatable and the container lasts forever! I have bought at least 5 containers since first trying. Don’t hesitate just try it!

I am used to wipes but always face difficulty to remove mascara completely but this is magic two times on my eyes with very little product and tada!! No left over racoon eyed mascara 😍
