Awkward to position at times but doesn't roll away!
This massage ball came at the perfect time, as my back was wrecked from some house projects. I had tried massaging it myself, taking a hot bath and letting that loosen up my muscles, stretches and just giving it time but it was to the point where I could barely turn my head to the side without excruciating pain.So I laid down on the ground and tried to position the massage ball below the area where I was having pain. It was awkward to try to get it in the right place and then try to maneuver my body to roll over it until I found the spot that needed massage. But once I did, I would just lay on that for a bit. I did this and then repeated it a couple of hours later and each time my pain dropped considerably as I was able to target the areas causing pain. It did take a few times over the course of the next couple of days to remove that knot, but I think that’s more due to the size/pain of the knot than the ball.The product is firm but soft with a little give, about the size of a lacrosse ball. Also, since it’s two balls conjoined, I think that helps give the ball stability when you’re rolling on it; meaning, since you’re laying on one ball, that will keep the other ball in place as you roll on it to try to massage your knot. I found this really helpful since the ball didn’t roll away.I received a sample of this product in exchange for my honest opinion.
