What is the exact distance needed for a 100 inch screen?

While I haven't yet setup our 100" screen officially, I setup to project against the wall to "rough" measure what the distance would be for the end result to be a 100 inch projection after mounting on the ceiling. The projector's front lens was about 11 feet away (at 100% zoom) when projecting for about 100 inches. ***But here's the thing*** ... you CAN'T adjust the projector to zoom bigger than 100%, but you CAN change the setting (in the menu) to reduce the projection down each percent number (99%, 98%, 97% ... etc.) as low as 75%. After seeing this in the Menu settings, I was worried that if I mounted at 11 feet that I might accidentally project something a little smaller than 100 inches without any way to zoom bigger in the menu settings. This is why I say "ABOUT 11 feet away" because once I saw the rough numbers on the tape measure, I knew I would actually mount it another 1-3 feet away (so 12-14 feet away) in order to get a larger-than-100-inch projection at 100% zoom, and then I'll adjust the zoom down in the menu settings until the end result is as close to 100 inches as possible. (I hope that made sense.) To restate everything in another way in case the above wasn't clear --- With having done a test for a 100 inch screen, I will be mounting my projector about 12-14 feet away from the screen which results in a larger-than-100-inch projection, and then I'll reduce the zoom (in menu settings) percent by percent until I achieve an end result of 100 inches. You could have the projector about as close as 11 feet away to achieve something close to a 100 inch projection (although I didn't measure the distance or screen exactly in my 11 foot test). But if 11 feet away results in slightly smaller than 100 inches, you have no way to zoom larger in the menu settings to get up to a 100 inch screen. Therefore, you need to physically move the projector further away than 11 feet (to increase the size it's projecting) and then zoom down in the menu settings to achieve a final projection size of 100 inches. ** If your room is smaller than 11 feet, you won't be able to project even up to a 100" screen -- let alone larger. You would need look into purchasing a short-throw projector instead -- which this is not. But this is a great value projector if you have the space (which I do).

could I connect a sound bar to this projector?

We have the projector hooked into our A/V receiver, through the HDMI cable. HDMI carries both the audio and visual signals. The audio is processed through the A/V receiver and passes through the video signal to the projector (the audio is also passed through to the projector, but we have that turned down the volume on the projector, since we are using the A/V receiver for our surround sound. When we tried to connect a Bluetooth speaker to it, we could not find anywhere on the projector's menu on how this is done, and when we scanned for a Bluetooth signal from the projector, there is no Bluetooth signal coming out of the projector. So I don't know how you would use this feature. And the WiFi feature also didn't work as well, even though our projector was purchased in August of 2022, and its suppose to have the new 'upgrade' features to include Bluetooth and WiFi. As far as we can tell, it either doesn't have these features or they are not working. (We were able to connect the projector to our WiFi network, but that didn't provide for anything. We could not cast to the projector or mirror a laptop or phone to it.
