The product delivered is not matching the sellers photos. There is no strap in the front which is very important due to which the pillow is moving side ways when the baby is falling. The hand straps are not velvet as seen in website photo

So cute and such a comfort to me as a first time mom. It was great knowing that even when my baby fell, he would be safe from hurting his head. This is soft but firm enough to protect him when he topples over while learning to stand. Great product we even bought one to gift to a friend!
