Brittle, but they work
As others have mentioned, these are brittle. I had one break off in the panel I was replacing and I had to remove it again to replace the broken clip and get the broken bit out so it wouldn't rattle. But you get 50 of these things for cheap so I can't even take a star off for that. My hatch trim now no longer dislodges itself when I close the hatch, and that's worth much more to me than the few bucks I spent on these clips to fix it.

Low quality plastic and poor fit unfortunately
These are made of very thin plastic and don't seem durable at all.when you insert them in the door panels, they won't even stay in and fall out and it's almost impossible to line them up to the door as they keep falling out.Lastly, they don't clip securely into the door.
