Excellent customer service, quality affordable product
We've recently purchased multiple TONGVEO PTZ cameras for our offices. Unfortunately, through a series of unfortunate events, the remote to control the camera went missing and was likely discarded. Fortunately, a quick message to the seller about where to get a replacement received a speedy response and a request for an address to send a replacement. The camera works flawlessly for our small- and medium-sized conference rooms. The presets are very useful in quickly jumping on a call and not wasting time fiddling with getting the camera pointed and zoomed in just the right location. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing a PTZ camera for their conference room. The microphone is also very helpful. One of our conference rooms has employees quite a distance from the equipment, but the mic connects and works just fine via Bluetooth. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great Value, Great product!
We bought this equipment so we could conduct Hybrid meetings for our condominium HOA meetings. It is so easy to use; great quality sound and pictures. Price is very reasonable. We are very pleased with this!

controller stopped working. No software. Disconnects
I recently bought the product and it already stopped working. The controller stopped working, literally on the 2 meeting. There are no apps or software to help control the device. The device keeps getting disconnected.

Microphone doesn't last
Worked well for about 2 months. Camera is still fine but the microphone on 2 of the 3 sets we bought have serious audio quality issues now.

Great meeting camera, but have an issue.
Really like this camera for it's ease of use and versatility broadcasting our monthly meetings. This is the second one we have. (First one took a drop.) The problem I am having is that after about an hour the screen goes black. I still have audio but no picture.

It works great!
A little worried about whether this would be easy to use or not. But I was able to set it up and do a video conference in our conference room for my boss. The quality is nice !

Needs Wifi for the webcam.
Very happy with this webcam and Bluetooth microphone, I do wish that the webcam was also Bluetooth, that's the reason for an overall rating of 4 stars.
