Poor design, unscrews constantly when lifting pizza, turning peel does the exact same. Head is also so thick. Waste of money

.. but only time will tell that. The peel blade is well made and sturdy. It is light weight, so easy to weild as a peel. The two section handle screws together to allow two peel lengths or for easier storage. The threads on the handle are long (15mm) and quite fine, which means that you need quite a few turns (15 full revolutions, I just counted them!) to screw them together but it does mean that they bite well when tightened. I don't find they shake loose but if over time they do, I would fit a silicone or split washer to stop it from doing so. I use the full length for my large outdoor oven and the shorter length for indoors during the winter. If it lasts like my old 12 year old peel (non-perforated) then this will be a very good buy.

Si vous êtes passionné de pizza, cette pelle est un excellent investissement. Elle rend la manipulation des pizzas plus facile et plus sûre. Je recommande vivement ce produit à ceux qui cherchent un accessoire de qualité pour leur cuisine.

This pizza peel is absolutely perfect for our Gozney oven. It’s well made, sturdy, and has a really stylish design. Makes handling pizzas super easy and looks great hanging by the oven. Highly recommend!
