Ordered this shredder for julienne shredding (for carrots and beets mostly). It worked perfectly with both sizes! Tried shredding cucumbers and garlic. Still wow! Then tried a peeler for yams and carrots. Oh. My. Gosh. As much as I hated this task before, that much it’s going to be effortless going forward. Fast, efficient, convenient, perfect tiny peels for skin. I don’t know how sharp it’s going to stay going forward, but for the price - it’s just a GEM! Finally, chopped veggie bowls and all the salads I love, will be prepped more often, in minutes! Can’t wait to cut potatoes and radish, and, and, and….!
