Heres a rundown of my opinion of the product-1.Hinges of the instrument are tight enough for facilitating rightful exercise of the hands and wrists.2. Cushoning of the handles are perfect for a firm and comfortable grip.4. Price is fair enough.Basically it does its job. Nothing more to say other than it was a good buy..

If you're new to this, then this is perfect for you.The foam grip is perfect. The spring tension is not too tight not too loose for beginners to start.One can practice on it for a month and then move on to a hand grip with higher tension.This product has good quality and even after an year of use, there are no signs of rusting and damage. The spring has lost a bit of its tension but apart from that it's perfect for begineers

A nice product with reasonable price!The resistance offered is of normal level and I found it quite easy to press!!It might not be much helpful to the regular gym-goers as they are used to much more weights and resistance but it can be good enough for a person who is not habitual to gym and strength training!!!

After a bike accident my right arm have some pain. It is difficult to hold or hang a object to 2 more minutes. So I purchased this product. After the use I feel so happy, blood circulation will easily flow in arm. The product is ok, however, this product is just for beginners. You can't expect that this product will give you a full forearm workout. It's good to use for people who go to office as they can use it while sitting at their desk, and also good for aged persons who just want to use it for exercise purposes and not for muscle building.The durability is very good and the grip makes sure that it won't harm your palms. Overall, if the price is considered i will say it's a nice deal for beginners, office goers and aged people.
