This case is exactly what you need if you plan on taking your firearm on a plane ride. Had absolutely no issues at the airport using this case. Good, sturdy and takes up little space in your luggage. My Taurus 9mm fit perfectly. Money well spent.

Nicely constructed case with a solid simple key latching mechanism. Exterior is nicely textured, which makes it feel and look less simple and cheap. No complaints though, a solid steel box should be cheap, that's not a judgment on the quality it's absolutely solid. Lid opens about 96°. Also, there are two pre drilled holes in the bottom for mounting this box wherever you need. I sank a couple 3" screw into a wall stud and I'm certain this box won't be pried and walk away in case of burglary.

Does indeed pass using on airlines. I had a cross country trip planned and once I got to my arrivals point to pick up a U haul and drive 3000 miles, I wanted to travel with protection. Just to be careful and legal enough to fly with a fire arm, I bought this case to use on my checked in baggage. I declared the gun at check in, they mood got heavy and they indeed checked the case was of the required type and no more problems. I kept it by my side on the drive back home and since then its kept my hog leg safe and sound. The price was a good one and the purpose of purchase was met. Zero regrets buying

Decent box but not too difficult to break into. Watch the size - full frame semi-auto barely fits. I use it only to show compliance with state law in a vehicle, it’s not the right solution for long term, very secure storage.

Exactly what I needed to fly safely with my 9 mm handgun, and I liked that had plenty of room for my Ruger 9mm plus 2 clips, with room to spare. It met TSA guidelines perfectly!

Fits two small pistols perfect and it’s sturdy and cheap at the same time. I bought a more expensive one and returned it because there was little difference except maybe size.

This is a great travel case with an easy to use lock! I like that it comes with a cord for the car and the overall construction. It fits one four inch barrel death seed distributor, and two ten round magazines snuggly!

It does the job as a deterrence. Not very sturdy and is difficult to close with the firearm in it. Still, it's worth the price I paid for it.

Doesn’t fit my pistol but it’s a strong lockbox for other items such as a passport or cash.

Fits pistol and 3 extra mags.

Just right for smaller pistols.
