I have wear & tear arthritis in my hands it's worse on my left hand as I'm left handed. Having used this product for a few months now I can honestly say it takes the pain away, not forever obviously, because nothing will do that, but when my hands start to ache and curl up this massager takes it away. I find programme 4 and intensity of 6 with heat works best for me, I don't like the vibration setting, but that's just me others may like it. I think for the price and how much it helps me, its well worth the money

The machine is very easy to use, it is light weight and easy to charge. I have only been using this for a week, I have a medical condition with my hands that restricts finger movement and causes pain in fingers and palms. The machine has definitely helped. My hands have more movement and the pain has noticeably reduced. I am using it every night, as this is when my pain is higher. So far so good. Powerful and not for elderly, but fir me, so glad I bought it.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. Depending on how severe your pain is, the machine may not be suited to you, he said. But he’s found it incredibly soothing on his hands and has even had his foot in too! Would definitely recommend he hasn’t stopped smiling :)

Partners dad didn’t like it

I bought this for my godfather who has very bad arthritis in his hands. No matter what setting I tried it gripped his hand so tight it was very painful. The vibration is very poor and the heating element virtually non existent. I tried to return the item but unfortunately they do not accept returns, which I did not know at the time of my purchase. It was an expensive item but the quality and actual functionality of the product is dire. Do not buy.

Several of these on the market - this was a cheaper model but worked very well indeed - main benefit is it is deep enough to contain wrist which was main reason for purchase. Yes, I would reccomend it. Manual could be better written to explain functions.

I bought this for my mother to aid her recovery from a stroke she had a year ago. She absolutely loves using it and it's many features are helping to improve the strength and flexibility in the hand damaged by the stroke.

Powerful and efficient. I bought this after developing tendonitis in my pinky following long study days and repetitively using a mouse. This machine helps a lot. Pressure force is intense on hand and wrist, but that makes for good relief. Heat is pretty good but vibration isn't, didn’t buy it for that feature anyway. 10/10 would buy again. I don’t have carpal tunnel (yet) but I imagine this would be awesome for that as well.

My son uses this for carpal tunnel issues and feels immediate relief. I steal it from time to time just because it really does feel amazing. From wrists to fingertips, and everything between. Several vibration/intensity settings, so you are able to find the most comfortable setting for yourself.

First of all, this feels like it was well made. The inside material is sturdy, the outside is slightly rubberized, and the switches are sealed so you can wipe it off. It works very well. Lots of pressure, even on 3 of 6. It has some well thought out modes of operation. When you turn it on, you select the pressure. I have strong hands and haven't ventured above 4. I probably will eventually since you can shut it down at any time with the power button. Then you can select the mode. It runs for about 15 minutes and is very quiet. I do each hand while watching TV. I really like the way it feels and my hands feel better. I like that it gets pretty far up my wrist. It has 3 main zones - fingers, palm, and wrist. This is important because the modes are related to these. It can apply slowly varying pressure in one zone or roll through zones. Nowhere - documentation, vendor website, Amazon ad does it describe the modes. The modes are: 1 - Wrist 2 - Fingers 3- Fingers to Palm 4- Fingers to Wrist 5 - Palm to Wrist 6 - Whole Hand Pressure Manufacturer, was that so hard? So, the not so good. I was misled by a few answers to questions. The doesn't have any rollers in it. It has zones of air pressure. They do a good job kneading your hand and are probably more reliable than mechanical motion but the vendor should have corrected this. I sent them two messages with questions and haven't received any answer. I like good customer support and this wasn't it. Between that and the poor documentation, I dinged them a star. It is still a good product and I will be using it regularly. You have to get used to your hand being textured with the inside pattern for 10 minutes after using it.
