I received this item today and got straight to setting it up and trying it out. It was well packed and the included storage/carrying case seems great. I'm glad it was included. Makes Storage or transport to a filming site easy and safe for the device.Exteremely easy to set up and it was provided with a few brackets that should accomodate most cameras. Easily set up with my Canon T6i DSLR and even tried it with my NexiGo 660P Webcam (I was hoping the webcam would work out). Both were able to be easily mounted and both provided excellent video recording thru the glass. I use a 10 year old samsung tablet for the text. Finally foud a use for it! I was able to download an app called Simple Telepromter and it worked well, projected very clear text on the surface of the teleprompter screen. Easy to see from 10 ft or more away (Set the text size to a large enough font on the app you use.)The Glass/mirror seems to be high quality and the mechanical design and construction is solid.My only suggestion is to be sure and use a solid tripod and not one of those $6 plastic specials. Dont risk a cheap tripod collapsing or falling over and breaking the teleprompter or your camera.I reccommend this teleprompter for semi-professional or even professional work. A very good piece of equipment!

Overall I'm happy with this teleprompter. It has solid construction and provides a solid reflection. The biggest benefit that drew me to this is it supports the 12.9" iPad Pro (the older model that still uses Touch ID).My critiques are:— The instructions leave some to be desired, and has some translation nuances. For example, it mentions that there is a hole for a counterbalance but doesn't explain anything else about it.— I have a Sony ZV-1 which is smaller than DSLRs, but is an excellent substitute for a high quality computer desk webcam/podcasting camera. Due to its small size, however, I need to prop it up higher and much closer to the screen, beyond the reach of the rail to screw the camera to the teleprompter (so you don't see the teleprompter frame in the shot)For those with iPads, I'd suggest looking into Luna Display to invert your iPad display so you can actually read and use your iPad via the reflection. Pretty expensive for a little dongle but it works well so I can't complain.
