Bitzenburger/Zenith Fletching Jig and Clamp with Upgrade Kit

This jig is quality built. It is very precise if used with attention. (Note you will need to purchase a sleeve for X nocks). With the sleeve I mark where the end of the shaft stops on the sleeve with a sharpy to be consistent and to not push the shaft on to far to damage one or the other which helps pulling the arrow off the sleeve with ease. The sleeve is tapered so you can only push it on so far anyways. I also mark the clamp to match vane placement. I have the regular Bitzenburger jig also and I feel I can get the same result as the Zenith but the Zenith has less play with the sleeve adapter. I also have a Last chance Archery Vane master pro which I love but I prefer the ease of use of the Bitzenburger. The design of the Bitzenburger is simple and efficient and worth the money

Great product a lot better than the cheap plastic jigs

The upgrade kit is designed to accept the shafts with the nock off, instead of nock on. There is an extra adapter to be able to fletch smaller diameter shafts. The Bitzenburger is the only jig that provides true helical on the feathers. It is a great product. It is expensive but very worth it.

I'm sure it will work fine but wish the instructions included the zenith upgrade kit

We love our fletching jig! I fletched my own arrows for the first time very recently and this made it very simple! My boyfriend has built his own arrows for a while now but this takes it to a new level!
