While many forms of calcium are no longer considered ideal or safe (not absorbing well) by naturopathic and functional physicians, this is one exception. Make sure that the other co-factors are present, too: vitamin D from the sun, magnesium and K2. I take 2 to 3 each morning. Silica is another important nutrient (mineral) for bone health.

Amazing product that I believe healed my daughters two front teeth. They were turning gray and looked like they were dying. She took more then suggested amounts for her size but 6 weeks later her teeth are turning back to normal. I have her on a couple other vitamins but these minerals I truly believe saved her teeth. What a relief!

I usually can't take calcium as it makes my joints hurt, even though the doctor says I have osteoporosis and need more calcium. This calcium DOESN'T do that, in fact I feel great! Thanks for such a great product!

I think the product itself is good. But the seal and bottle cap slipped off, and all the capsules spilled out into the shipping envelope. I don't want to use supplements that have been opened.

This is one of the main supplements that Dr. Reams recommended. It is made by the company Daily. It is a calcium based product, but it has trace minerals in it. According to Dr. Reams, he raised his children with Min-Col and they never had cavities.

My family and I love min-col, and I would have given 5 stars, but several of the capsules have been misshapen. The round ends of the capsules are pushed in giving the pills edges making them a little uncomfortable to swallow. We have never had this issue before so hopefully it is just this batch, but we are disappointed.
