How much honey does this require?

I think I used a kilo, this is a good kit but after one use there were stress lines on the bucket and I didnt use it again, it's still worth getting though as it gives you all the stuff you need to go further with it

Can I use runny honey for this?

Yes I’m guessing you want it to make mead?

I bought this for my son as a gift. I checked the contents and I'm sure I remember it as a gravity siphon.
