I just got this today and was eager to get them set up. The directions to connect it all together were very simple and clear. I finished the connections and discovered that it will connect via bluetooth instead of having a wire running from the laptop or phone. Once I figured out how to connect my laptop to it wirelessly, I opened up VirtualDJ and tentatively cued up a song and hit play. The sound that started pumping out of these speakers was fantastic. They're bookshelf cabinets with a 4" speaker and a tiny tweeter so you're not going to get deep thump out of them. However, they're quality enough to let you know the bass is there. The volume pot is a step pot which helps prevent volume fade. The bass pot is not a step pot but turns smoothly lock to lock. It doesn't add a ton of bass but it does enhance the lower tones to make the music a more pleasant experience. There's 2 connections on the back of the powered speaker to use the included wires to connect either mini plug to rca or rca to rca connections (both of these wires are also included). You could plug both wires in and leave the non-used wire dangling until needed (this would keep dust out of the rca inputs). The speaker wire included is to connect the powered speaker to the non-powered slave speaker. This wire could be at least double the length but it's not a deal breaker in the least. I will be using a longer and heavier gauge wire to connect the two in the future. All in all, these are a great value for the money (especially when they offer a discount) and should get you long enough use to make it worth the cost. As with all these oriental "ALL CAPS" named companies, you get what you pay for but these, so far, are exceeding my expectations. Don't push them like you're putting on a concert and they should last quite a while.

Was looking for a small pair of bookshelf speakers for my son's newly purchased record player. I didn't want to spend a fortune but wanted to ensure he heard the benefit from his vinyl collection rather than the more soulless digital sound from streamed music. I settled on these based on 3 things - built in amp, price, and size. The additional Bluetooth functionality is a bonus but sort of defeats the purpose of buying the speakers to get away from digital streaming. The sound is crisp, clear, and the bass can be adjusted to provide deep room shaking tones if that's your preference. At the price point its difficult to imagine better sound quality from a relatively small pair of speakers. Where Bestisan really have excelled has been in their customer service. About 11 months after purchase the speakers stopped working. I couldn't tell if it was the power adapter or the speakers themselves. A quick email explaining the situation resulted in a new adapter being shipped free of charge and the speakers worked again. 🙂 Highly Recommend these speakers and in the event something does go wrong you can be confident their customer service team will fix it for you.

Decent for the price

You sounded better than I thought they would. I wear hearing aids so I can balance out sound. I felt it was a great purchase for the first speakers that I purchased in my life.

I really enjoy listening to music and like most people, the quality of playback sound is a must. I still enjoy listening to my vinyl and CD’s as well as streaming music. I was looking for an inexpensive, Bluetooth option for my home office and came across these cool bookshelf speakers from BESTISAN. Setup was a breeze – I just plugged them in and powered them on. They instantly connected to the Bluetooth signal from my stereo system (which is located in another area of the house). The sound from these speakers has exceeded my expectations and was clean and undistorted at all volume levels. The base and treble were balanced and sounded great in my 15x15 room. There is also a volume control and sound adjustment for the bass located on the back of the main speaker if needed. The speakers also have a 2 line AUX input (which I haven’t used yet). I have spent a lot of time listening to these speakers over the last week and can’t recommend these speakers enough. They are an excellent value, perform great and they won’t disappoint!

these are INCREDIBLE quality for the price. I love that it has an aux as well as bluetooth option. the weight is good so they are nice and sturdy and wont get knocked over. and they sound really good and play quite loud. highly recommend.

I had an expensive pair of speakers for my laptop (I won't name brand) that gave really good sound, but not enough volume for me to really crank music videos. I ordered these not sure if they would even work with a laptop. Wow, do they ever!! I'm listening to them now. Superb sound quality, and the volume that I was looking for. And they come with both RCA and 3.5mm jacks (as well as Bluetooth connection), so they can plug right into a laptop without needing an adapter. And these cost a fraction of the price of my earlier speakers.
