2021 Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB - Phantom White Dual Sim (Single sim+ e-sim) (Renewed)

My wife is more than happy. As a galaxy owner prior to this, she really is very happy. She transferred everything from the old one to this one in only a couple of hours. It works great. The battery lasts way longer than her older one.

I really liked the purchase, the cell phone came in perfect condition, no signs of use, the cameras are in perfect condition, I've been using it for days and so far no problems.

I was surprised when the first charge from 10% to full charge took 4 hrs. This charge lasted nearly 2 days even with me doing all the necessary downloads and a fair amount of use. The second charge requested permission to allow fast charge which took 1hr 20 mins. So battery life and charging good. Fingerprint sensor is excellent. Quality of manufacture is excellent. Display is excellent. Very fast response with everything. The pictures are not stored as my previous Samsung but are all there if you know where to find them. I didn't realize that the storage is not expandable by inserting a sd card but I will see if I need more than 128gb. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Brilliant. Well worth buying.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G (Renewed) with the hope of getting a decent deal, but I was soon disappointed. Right from the get-go, I noticed the battery life was abysmal. Even with moderate use, I found myself having to recharge the phone multiple times a day. It's clear that the battery has seen better days.The quick drainage became an annoyance especially when I was out and about. It's a hassle to constantly worry about the battery level, and having to carry a portable charger everywhere is not ideal. I also noticed that the phone gets quite warm during charging which was concerning.In retrospect, I should've opted for a new device rather than going for a renewed one. The money saved upfront doesn't seem worth it given the battery issues. Although the phone functions well in other aspects, the battery life is a major downside. If you're considering purchasing a renewed device, I'd think twice or at least ensure there's a good warranty or return policy in place.

Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkäufer erhielt ich schnell eine Antwort mit Lösungshinweisen. Es liegt an den Aktualisierungen und Updates nach der Einrichtung. Die Einstellungen müssen unbedingt auf Stromfresser überprüft und optimiert werden. Jetzt läuft das S21 einwandfrei. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Though the phone was advertised as unlocked, upon inserting a Swedish sim card from Telia, we got a pop-up saying that the phone is locked to verizon. Sadly the unit is just a very expensive brick. Needless to say, we will be returning it unless "Plunc™ Tech Recycling" somehow helps us with this. We are extremely dissatisfied with the false advertising.
