CEC Industries #2162 Bulbs, 14 V, 1.4 W, Wire Terminal Base, T-1.75 shape (Box of 10)

The bulbs arrived on time. I replaced the burnt out bulbs on my ac/htr control switch circuit board in my 2008 jeep grand cherokee. The fix worked and i have all 3 indicator lights functioning again. One note is that the wire is slightly bigger on the replacement bulbs compared to the originals, I used a pair of offset pliers to flatten them out on the bulb insulators before soldering. Even after doing this the bulbs will still sit higher on the circuit board.This did not seem to hinder reassembly. However the bulbs may be closer to the clear plastic light dispersion plates and may even be making contact. I guess I will find out if ever have to open the controller panel again but since the bulbs are rated at 10,000 hrs it may be awhile.

I bought these to replace burned out bulbs for the heater control knobs in my 2006 Grand Cherokee. Worked perfect!
