I bought these thinking they would give me support and rebound while trail running. I've seen the ads all over Facebook which make them look amazing. They are really firm so I lost the cushion of my trail running shoes, my right foot gets sore if I wear them for more than two hours of hiking. I gave them to a friend to try. She was miserable after our regular 5 mile hike. I ended up going to Fleet Feet and tried a bunch of shoes. I walked out with Hoka trail running shoes. They are a bit flashy for me but I LOVE them. I got the comfort and the foot roll/rebound that I was looking for.

They were for my grandson but he didn't like the color (teenagers) 😕 so I had to return them

Eh….didnt notice any noticeable difference with these on but I did notice I’d rather have these in my shoes over regular insoles. It’s pretty stiff while in shoe and I can honestly say I feel more grip to ground.

Great insole for my plantar fasciitis. It’s a little on the pricy side. Me feet don’t move around inside my shoe & it feels like with the carbon fiber it’ll last longer than I will

Now listen, I'm a mother. Who spent a lot of money on insoles. I'll tell you I only brought them to keep the peace. He wanted them as a bday gift so he got them. Apparently the jump shots- he's got bunny's in them. Take that how you will. The rebounds.. fast as f...the defense..easier to run quicker in these. They fit all 6 pairs of his ridiculously expensive trainers - all different brands and collabs because every 2 months they feel funny so needs a new pair. But I digress. They are well made, come in a fancy box and feel sturdy. If you play basketball.. then you need to get them - from my son. Not me.

Not the most comfortable even after breaking them in. Used them for basketball. There are better option for much less on Amazon with better performance
